Credit Card Fraud
Since credit cards are everywhere and used everywhere and lost everywhere, it is a rather common occurrence to find that people have used credit cards that actually didn’t belong to them. This is a crime, of course. The problem that most people who have used credit cards illegally have, is, that wherever a person can use a credit card there normally is a camera or two taking a video of the transaction. This creates a problem in defending fraudulent credit card transactions. The level of crime depends on the amount of goods obtained with the use of the card. For instance, if there has been property received of more than $10,000, it is a Class C Felony or not more than 10 years in prison.
